The Jetstory SPH-6 Thunderstorm is a pinnacle 155mm L/52 Self-Propelled Howitzer designed for long-range fire support and counter-battery missions on the modern battlefield. The Thunderstorm integrates a Rheinmetall 155mm L/52 gun with a fully automatic shell and propellant charge loading system, achieving a maximum rate of fire of 10 rounds per minute and a sustained rate of 3 rounds per minute. Maximum range with standard HE ammunition is 40 km, with rocket-assisted rounds 56 km, and with GPS-guided Excalibur rounds 60 km at a CEP accuracy of under 5m. The 32-round autoloader system requires only a 2-man crew (commander and driver), with the entire loading and firing process controlled from an air-conditioned CBRN-protected cab.
